Rain Garden Workshop (3 total LACES HSW credit hours)
The Illinois River Watershed Partnership (IRWP) is hosting and providing practical training on the installation and maintenance of rain gardens as effective stormwater solutions. Participants will gain hands-on experience with site preparation, soil amendments, plant placement, and proper mulching techniques. This interactive workshop will reinforce best practices for creating functional, resilient, and visually appealing rain gardens.
